Shipping & Returns
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders may take between 5 to 7 business days to be processed and shipped unless a cover is on back order. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that back ordered items may take up to 6 weeks to ship, no matter what shipment type is chosen. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, and personalized items).
Any orders that are incorrect due to the customers mistake will be rectified and a standard shipping cost will be charged to the customer to ship the correct covers. New covers will not be sent till the old ones are shipped back and in hand in new condition.
Any Mistakes made by Damnbugz will be immediately rectified and corrected at the cost of DamnBugz, we will also cover the costs of shipping back of the incorrect covers.

United States (Shipping $9.99 USD)
Standard shipping 7 to 21 business days depending where you are located in the country. Please note that order processing may take up to 5 to 10 business days after purchase has been placed.
Canada (Shipping 14.99 CDN)
Standard shipping 5 to 7 business days depending where you are located. Please note that order processing may take up to 5 business days after purchase has been placed.
Express 5 day shipping is $24.99 USD. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will ship in the following business days.

US and Canada:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, meaning that taxes are calculated and collected as part of the displayed product price and no additional taxes are assessed at checkout.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt. Items must be returned like new, and in their original packaging. To start your return and acquire your RMA number item please call 1-800-792-1262 during 10-6pm Mountain Time.
Any item returned after 90 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized and or custom made products.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a the return label fee if applicable. Any duties paid for orders shipped to United States, and Internationally will not be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 15 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
